Imagine a world where a white or coloured light source is capable of being tuned to vibrate and enrich certain colour wavelengths whilst still appearing as a constant colour to the human eye.
A warm white source giving flattering illumination to skin tones yet able to enrich the bands of the visible spectrum of specific clothing whilst appearing to be the same colour temperature of white light.
An art gallery illuminated with white light where each source is tuned to enhance each particular picture’s colour composition. Coloured architectural light thrown upon a building’s surface yet tuned to pick out specific tones in brick, metal and stone work. A retail environment where the lighting scheme can be tuned to show each product and branding in literally the best light!
