Harvard Engineering establish new European HQ

(France) - Lighting ballasts manufacturer Harvard Engineering has launched a new European operation.

The facility based in St Georges-les-Baillargeaux, near Tours in France, will spearhead the company’s strategy to grow the business across continental Europe.

In charge of the office, as Director of Business Development is Peter McDonnell. He has nearly twenty years experience working for blue chip companies, including GE, many at senior management level. McDonnell will continue to build Harvard Engineering’s profile across Europe, at the same time promoting its range of new products which include the CoolLED range of switchable drivers and LeafNut, the revolutionary wireless remote monitoring system for street lighting.

"Establishing a stronger European presence is an important part of our growth strategy," said Michael McDonnell, sales and marketing director of Harvard Engineering. "The market for LED driver solutions and innovative street lighting systems is developing rapidly in Europe and we are very pleased to be at the forefront of this growth.
